From royal Delft our Delft Blue Gin has been locally handcrafted in single batches in small quantities by our master distiller to preserve its quality and to create a smooth gin.

ABV: 41.5% VOL: 70cl STYLE: Classic Dutch Dry
THE NOSE
Big, bold juniper and pine notes balanced with coriander and clean citrus.
THE PALATE
Classic gin that becomes more complex on the palate. Starts with citrus and juniper developing into pepper, green angelica and subtle rootiness.
THE FINISH
Citrus with lingering juniper and pine with the quiet complexity of the supporting cast.
Delft Blue Gin commemorates Willem of Oranje, Father of the Nation, who was assassinated on 10 juli 1584 at the Prinsenhof in Delft by Balthasar Gerards.
The distillate has a hint of Blood Orange which gives Delft Blue Gin its exceptional fresh citrus notes
DELFT BLUE IS A CLASSIC DRY GIN LIKE NO OTHER. IN MAKING AND DISTILLING THE SPIRIT WE USE A UNIQUE COMBINATION OF SELECT BOTANICALS – INCLUDING LOCAL DELFT BOTANCICALS INSPIRED FROM THE TU DELFT HORTUS BOTANICUS – AND WE EMPLOY THE TRADITIONAL, TIME-HONOURED METHODS.

In all, Delft Blue features no fewer than ten fine botanicals. Most of these are ‘steep and boil’, and three use the vapour extraction method to preserve their delicate aroma.
